Understanding the dynamics of teacher motivation is paramount, as it significantly shapes teacher behaviour, subsequently influencing both learner motivation and achievement (Dörnyei and Ushioda, 2011). In this talk, I will discuss the key findings of the systematic review of research on language teacher motivation published between 2010 and 2020.
